The Living Room

The radhouse living room specs 

  • 600 square feet

  • Huge windows facing the San Francisco bay, original to the house 1933

  • Original Eames lounge chair with one own bought from the original owner who bought directly from the Santa Monica studio in 1958

  • a collection of design books covering the many design styles that are found in the radhouse

  • Guest Favorite: A piece of San Francisco set dressing that once belonged to Jerome Goldstein & Tom Taylor, of the Tom & Jerry House, in the form of a giant giraffe.

  • Favorite Art: an original tad carpenter and an actual photo from Berkley artist Harold Adler of iconic The Houseboat Summit.

  • Smart house elements: multiple hue lights in a mixture of fixtures, frame tv, Sonos, turntable, and Apple home hub make this one smart living room

RADNESS FOR LIVING
